1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Khanaa app or web app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Services Khanaa provides a platform for users to order food from various restaurants, cloud kitchens, and street vendors. We are not responsible for the preparation, quality, or fulfillment of the food orders. Any issues with food quality or delivery must be addressed with the respective vendor or delivery partner.
3. User Accounts
- To use certain features of Khanaa, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
- Khanaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any unauthorized activity is detected.
4. Ordering and Payments
- By placing an order on Khanaa, you agree to pay for the products as listed on the platform. Prices are subject to change based on vendor pricing policies and availability.
- Khanaa accepts various payment methods. However, payment issues should be resolved directly with your bank or payment provider.
- Once an order is placed, it may not be modified or canceled, depending on the vendor’s policies.
5. Delivery of Orders
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Khanaa strives to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur.
- Khanaa is not liable for any delivery failures caused by incorrect address, unavailability, or other customer-related issues.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring the quality, freshness, and safety of their food. Khanaa does not directly prepare or handle food and, therefore, is not responsible for food-related issues.
- Vendors are also responsible for the pricing, menu, and availability of their products as listed on Khanaa.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds and cancellations are subject to the respective vendor’s policies. If a refund is required due to vendor-related issues, please contact Khanaa support within 24 hours of order placement.
- Khanaa reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases where vendor policy does not allow cancellations or refunds.
8. Intellectual Property All content on the Khanaa platform, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Khanaa or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. User Conduct You agree to use the Khanaa platform responsibly. You will not:
- Post or transmit any offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Khanaa platform, accounts, or networks.
- Misuse the platform by placing fake orders or engaging in fraudulent activities.
10. Limitation of Liability Khanaa is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:
- Food quality, safety, or allergies associated with vendor products.
- Delays or issues in delivery caused by factors outside of Khanaa’s control.
- Any technical issues, errors, or interruptions on the platform.
11. Privacy Policy Your use of Khanaa is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Modifications to Terms Khanaa reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
